Workspace settings overview
Learn how to manage your Workspace settings.
In this lesson, you’ll learn about the following Workspace settings:
General
To access General settings, go to your Dashboard and click General in the left sidebar. Here, you can change the name of your Workspace, upload an image to replace the default Workspace icon, choose a default Workspace to display after logging in, or archive your Workspace.
Team
Click Team in the left sidebar to view the members of your Workspace and how many Workspace seats they fill. You can also add and remove members and change members’ Workspace-level permissions. Learn more about Workspace roles and permissions.
Plans
Click Plans in the left sidebar to view your current Workspace plan. There are two Workspace plans tabs to choose from: For in-house teams and For freelancers & agencies. Click either tab to choose a Workspace plan that best fits your needs, or scroll down to view a detailed comparison of plan features. You can also upgrade, downgrade, or switch the billing frequency of your Workspace plan from here.
If you have unhosted sites in your Workspace, scroll to the bottom of the page to find a section that allows you to quickly add a Site plan to any of your unhosted sites. Choose a site from the dropdown menu and click Go to site to be taken to the site’s Site settings > Plans tab, where you can add a Site plan to that site.
Billing
Click Billing in the left sidebar to view the cost and billing frequency of your current Workspace plan, as well as the number of seats in your Workspace. You can also view and update your payment card in Billing settings. Learn more about Workspace billing and invoices.
Apps & Integrations
Click Apps & Integrations in the left sidebar to manage your Apps and third-party integrations under the following sections:
- Adobe fonts
- Workspace Apps (e.g., registered applications that you’ve created)
- Connected Apps (i.e., third-party Apps that have been granted access to your Workspace and/or site data)
- Marketing automation integrations (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, etc.)
Templates
Click Templates in the left sidebar to view all details related to templates in the following sections:
- Shared Workspace templates — displays any sites you’ve set up to be used as a shared Workspace template
- Purchased templates — displays a list of your purchased templates and their associated details. You can view their purchase prices and download each template’s invoice. You can also browse Webflow’s template marketplace.
