Switch your Workspace or Site plan billing frequency

You can switch the billing frequency (from monthly to yearly, or vice versa) of your Workspace or Site plan without having to cancel your current plan. The prorated amount you pay for your new billing cycle is shown at checkout.

For example, if you switch from a monthly Core Workspace plan to a yearly one, you’ll be credited for any unused time on the monthly plan, which reduces your total yearly plan price.

Or, if you switch from a yearly Site plan to a monthly one, you’ll receive account credit for the unused time on the yearly plan. Your account credit will then be applied to any future plan charges before your payment card is charged.

Pro tip: You can view your total account balances in Workspace settings > Billing.

How to switch from a monthly Workspace plan to a yearly Workspace plan

To switch from a monthly billing cycle to a yearly billing cycle, first, open the Workspace for which you’d like to change the billing cycle. Then:

1. Click Plans in the left sidebar
2. Toggle Billed yearly to display yearly plan pricing
3. Click Switch to yearly under your current Workspace plan
4. Confirm the details of your change and click Pay now to immediately charge your card on file

How to switch from a yearly Workspace plan to a monthly Workspace plan

To switch from a yearly billing cycle to a monthly billing cycle, first, open the Workspace for which you’d like to change the billing cycle. Then:
