Webflow for educators

Learn about the Webflow for educators program.

We’re transitioning to a new UI, and are in the process of updating our Webflow University content.

Teaching web design has never been easier with Webflow. If you’re an educator, you can apply for a free Workspace to empower your students to design, build, and launch custom websites using Webflow.

This discount includes:

  • 100% off the monthly Workspace Growth plan
  • Up to 5 free Workspaces on the Webflow account linked to your approved email address
  • Up to 250 seats for your students

Once approved for the discount, you can invite students to your Workspace account. This collaborative environment allows students to design and build custom websites, use prebuilt templates to get their site up and running, and update their site with ease using Webflow’s CMS functionality.

Eligibility

Educators from accredited primary, secondary, and tertiary institutions, as well as nonprofit educational institutions, are eligible for this offer.

How to get started

  1. Apply to receive the free Workspace
  2. Once approved, invite your students to join the Workspace
  3. Set students' roles and permissions. You can control which students can publish sites or take administrative actions like deleting or transferring sites out of your Workspace, among other permissions.
  4. Begin your journey of teaching web design to your students!

For any additional questions, feel free to reach out to Webflow Support.

Important: Students automatically become site managers on any site they create in the Workspace. To avoid any unexpected charges, students should be invited to the Workspace as members. Then, for any site created by a student, we recommend you set their role to designer.
