Access and manage invoices from your Webflow account.
With your Webflow account, you can access invoices for your account. And there are two different ways to do this (depending on whether you have a team account or not).
In this lesson, you'll learn how to:
Log in and head to your Webflow dashboard. From the dashboard, click Account near the top right and choose Account settings from the dropdown.
Once you’re in Account settings, click the Billing tab
Scroll down to the section called Upcoming Charges where you’ll see details about your next payment. Information like the invoice date, items, and amount. You can also see the number of days until the next payment attempt.
Next, scroll down to the section titled Invoices where all your past invoices are listed. Here you’ll see the invoice date, item(s), and total charge. To open past invoices, you can click the amount paid. You can download the invoice by clicking Download as PDF.
Now, let’s access our Team invoices.
Back in our Webflow dashboard, hover over the account dropdown near the top left of the dashboard, and click Manage Teams.
From the Teams page, select the team of your choice. Click the Billing tab of your team to find that team’s invoices.
Just like the individual account, you can scroll down to the Upcoming Charges section where you’ll see details like the date, items, and amount due for your next payment.
Head to the team invoices by scrolling down to the Invoices section where all past invoices will be listed. Again, you’ll see the date, item(s), and the total paid for each invoice. To open any past invoice, click the amount paid. You can also download the invoice by clicking Download as PDF.
And that’s it!
