What you’ll learn

Collaboration in Webflow Enterprise is about giving every teammate the right level of access to design, build, edit, and review without overlap or risk.

In this interactive, 60-minute session, you’ll learn how to set up role-based workflows in Webflow Enterprise so your team can work together safely and efficiently at scale.

We’ll cover roles and permissions, branching and approvals, content editing, and publishing best practices. You’ll see how each role contributes and how workflows come together to keep projects moving smoothly.

Real-world outcomes

The practice methods

  • Set up roles and permissions so everyone has the right level of access
  • Use branching and approvals to review projects before going live
  • Help non-technical teammates build, edit, and share feedback safely
  • Publish in a way that balances speed with quality checks
  • Scale collaboration in Webflow without adding bottlenecks or risks

FAQs

Can I unmute myself and ask questions during the session?

Yes, questions are strongly encouraged! Your instructor will kick each session off by explaining how to participate and when to ask questions.

Are sessions public? Do you offer private sessions for teams?

Webflow University Pro sessions are only available to Webflow customers with Scale or Enterprise plans.

We don’t currently offer team-specific private sessions, but your whole team is welcome to register for the same session as long as there’s capacity.

Will I get a calendar invite after I register for a session?

Yes. Once you register via Zoom, you’ll get a confirmation email with joining instructions and options to add the session to your calendar.

Will sessions be recorded? Can I rewatch later?

If you attend a session, you’ll receive a recording by email within 1-2 business days.

Recordings are only shared with attendees, so be sure to join live if you want access.

Prefer learning on your own time? Webflow University has a large on-demand content library, available whenever you need it!

What happens if I miss a session I registered for?

If you can’t attend a session, please cancel your registration as soon as possible to free up a spot for another participant.

You can cancel directly from your Zoom confirmation email. If you run into issues, email us at [email protected] and we’ll remove you from the session.

If you’re unable to cancel before the session begins, don’t worry — there’s no penalty.

What platform do you use to host sessions? Do I need to install anything before the session starts?

Sessions are hosted on Zoom. We recommend installing the Zoom app for the best experience, but you can also join directly from your browser (no download required).

Is a working microphone and webcam required to join?

While not mandatory, we recommend keeping your camera on and mic ready — joining the discussion makes the learning experience more engaging and effective.

Do I need to “complete” anything prior to attending the sessions?

There are no mandatory prerequisites, but some sessions may recommend Webflow University courses to review ahead of time. These suggestions provide a helpful foundation and make it easier to grasp concepts covered in the session.

You’ll find any recommendations listed in the session details above.

After I finish the session, what are my next steps?

At the end of the session, your instructor will share suggested next steps to help reinforce what you’ve learned. This might include hands-on exercises, a recommended Webflow University on-demand course, or another Live Training or Workshop session.

You’ll get a recap email with these next steps and the session recording.

What if none of the dates and/or times work with my schedule?

Please reach out to our team at [email protected] with any feedback regarding the schedule, and we will do our best to accommodate you!

I can no longer attend the session I registered for. How do I reschedule?

To reschedule, cancel your current registration using the link in your Zoom confirmation email.

Once the cancellation is processed, just head back to the schedule and register for a new date and time that works for you.

If you have any trouble, please reach out to [email protected].
