As a Reviewer, you check work before it goes live. You might be a team leader, legal or product team member, or any other stakeholder responsible for reviewing work. Webflow gives you a comment-only view of your team's site, so you can leave feedback in context without changing anything. This path covers the basics in a few short courses and a selection of optional, extended learning.
Start with Getting started with Webflow to learn what Webflow is, how to move around the Dashboard and canvas, and how your role fits into your team's workflow. Then you'll learn the workflows you'll use most: view pages in comment-only mode, leave clear comments, manage threads, and share comment-only links with external reviewers.
If your team uses page branching on an Enterprise plan, learn how to review and approve design requests. If your plan includes Analyze and Optimize, get an overview of both.
The Reviewer role uses a free seat, which gives you the tools for review and feedback workflows while limiting any editing or design controls. Explore Seats, roles, and permissions overview to learn more.
This path is built for users assigned the Reviewer role. Review the Quick guide: Reviewer role to learn more, or check out Site roles & permissions to learn more about all site roles.
Your Workspace and site plans determine which Webflow features you can access. Your view may look a little different from ours, at times. Explore Webflow plans & pricing to learn more.
