Webflow gives users assigned the Reviewer role a safe, comment-only way to view pages, leave feedback, and help teams make sure content is ready to go live — all without the ability to accidentally change anything.
This course covers the core workflows you’ll use as a Reviewer in Webflow. You’ll learn how to navigate the canvas in comment-only mode, leave clear and contextual feedback using comments, and (if you’re on an Enterprise plan) approve design requests before changes go live.
By the end of this course, you’ll have the skills to:
- Navigate the Webflow canvas and view pages as a Reviewer
- Leave, reply to, and resolve comments in Webflow
- Filter and manage comments across pages, breakpoints, and CMS items
- Share and use comment-only links for external reviewers
