Webflow for Reviewers

As a Reviewer, your job in Webflow is focused: view pages, leave feedback, and help your team make sure content is ready before it goes live.

That's it. You can't edit content, adjust layout, or publish changes. That's intentional — the Reviewer role is read-only by design, which means you can give feedback freely without worrying about accidentally breaking something.

This course will get you up to speed on everything you need to do that job with confidence. By the end, you'll be able to open Webflow and do your job without needing someone to walk you through it.

What Reviewers can do

As a Reviewer, you can:

• View pages on the canvas in a safe, comment-only mode
• Leave, reply to, and resolve comments on any element, breakpoint, or CMS item
• Filter and manage comments across pages and breakpoints‍
• Approve design requests — if your team is on an Enterprise plan and uses the page branching and design approvals workflow
