Build a sticky footer using flexbox

In this video, we'll use flexbox to make a footer stick to the bottom of each page, even if the content on the top isn't small enough to push the footer down. We'll do this in three parts:

1. Configure Body (All Pages) tag
2. Set margin on the footer
3. Make the footer a symbol
