Each Webflow Hosting subscription is valid for one-project. By adding Hosting to a project, you can publish your Webflow site to your existing custom domain — or purchase a new one.

Team plans allow you to collaborate with other designers on the same projects. This plan gives you a shared team dashboard separate from your personal dashboard. You can join a team even if you're on the free Starter account plan. Learn more about team plans.

Design and Custom Code Help includes:

  • Any script, application, or content you or your clients add
  • Custom code, SEO, or 3rd-party integrations
  • Visual/UX/UI design questions or preventable issues
  • Integration of code exported from Webflow in other platforms
  • Help with the CSS layout or positioning of your site.

Unfortunately we're not able to help directly with search engine optimization. We wish we could help with each SEO question, but unfortunately that falls outside of our statement of support.

However, we have plenty of helpful resources, and I would recommend you to start with our SEO Fundamentals Course in Webflow University. Afterwards, you may find these articles and forum posts helpful.

The Webflow Forum is the main place to discuss and get help for these types of questions. If you can, please make a post under the SEO Help category for an answer to your question and include any information you can about your site and your objectives.

If you see a Webflow website in violation of our Terms or Service, please let us know, and our team will respond immediately to address your concerns.

Currently, it's not possible to transfer a site's Hosting plan from one site to another using the Dashboard UI, but this is something we plan to support in the future.

In the meantime, the best thing to do is cancel the Hosting plan for the old site and start a separate Hosting plan on the new site.

If you have any questions or concerns about remaining time in your billing cycle, please include the links to your sites and we’ll be happy to help.

You can transfer projects from one Webflow account to another, or from your individual account to your Team Dashboard. If a project has a hosting plan, it cannot be transferred until the hosting is removed.

You must be on a Professional or Team plan to transfer projects to an individual.

If you want to delete your Webflow account, please verify your account info by sending us the following information with your deletion request (the first two should be listed here):

  1. Email address associated with your Webflow account
  2. Username associated with your Webflow account
  3. ‍The name of at least one site in the account

Webflow templates provide a great way to get started

You can choose from our free and premium templates.

Templates are always sold separately from any plans, and they can be used once as a single use license

Teams can also make templates for sharing between teammates.
