Set up your public profile in Webflow

Set up your public profile, showcase your sites on Made in Webflow, and make it easy for potential clients to find and contact you.

Note: We’re transitioning to Workspaces, and this lesson has been updated to reflect that change. Visit the Workspaces blog post to read more about these updates and changes.
If your account hasn’t yet switched over to Workspaces, please visit our legacy lesson about setting up your public profile. You can also learn how to check if your account is on Workspaces.
This video features an old UI. Updated version coming soon!

Your Public profile is where you can showcase your Made in Webflow sites and allow potential clients to contact you. Public profiles appear on the Webflow Designers page.

In this lesson, you’ll learn:

How to set up a personal profile

You can configure your profile info in Profile settings > Profile tab.

The Profile info section in the Profile tab is shown.

Here, you can set your profile image or avatar and choose which information to share by filling the proper fields. You can also toggle "Available for Hire" to “yes” if you want potential clients to contact you right from your public profile.

Accessing your personal public profile

You can access your personal public profile from 2 places:

  • The Account dropdown menu in your Dashboard
  • Your Workspace settings page
Go to your Profile settings from your Account dropdown menu
Go to your Profile settings from your Workspace settings page.

How to set up a public Workspace profile

By default, a Workspace is private and doesn't have a profile page.

If you are a Workspace owner or Workspace admin, you can toggle “on” your Workspace’s public profile and set it up under the Workspace tab of your Workspace settings. This allows you to showcase your Workspace sites on Made in Webflow.

Note: Only members of a Workspace with these roles can change Workspace profile settings. Learn more about Workspace roles and permissions.

Once you make your team public, you can set your team avatar and include other details that you want to be displayed on your public Workspace profile and your sites’ Made in Webflow pages.

The Showcase profile section in the Workspace tab.
Note: If you have sites showcased on Made in Webflow in your Workspace public profile, you won't be able to set your Workspace to private. To disable your Workspace public profile, remove all your sites from Made in Webflow and then set your Workspace to private.

Accessing your public Workspace profile

You can access your public Workspace profile from Workspace settings > Workspace tab > Showcase profile section.

“View your Workspace profile” link in the Showcase profile section.
