Webflow offers two types of plans: Account plans and Site plans.
Account plans (Individual and Team plans)
When you first signup to use Webflow, you’ll be on the Free individual account plan. These give you access to your Webflow account, your dashboard, and the Designer.
You can upgrade your individual account plan when you need to unlock additional features. You can also create or join a team when you need to collaborate with other designers on the same projects. A team plan is an additional account plan that creates a team dashboard in your individual account.
- Individual plans — start free and upgrade to unlock additional features: add more projects, unlock code export, white label your projects and the Editor.
- Team plans — work collaboratively from a shared dashboard. You can create and join multiple teams, all you need to get started is a free individual account.

Need to know: Editor accounts are separate
Site plans (Website and Ecommerce plans)
You can publish (stage) your projects to the webflow.io subdomain for free to test how your design looks or to get feedback from clients and friends. Then, when you’re ready to host your site with Webflow, add a site plan which to connect your custom domain, invite collaborators, and enable checkout on ecommerce stores. Site plans are added per project, so you need a separate plan for each project you want to publish to a custom domain.
- Website plans — add a website plan for personal sites, blogs, and business websites.
- Ecommerce plans — add an Ecommerce plan if you want to process payments on your online store.
Staging plans are free
