When you first subscribe to any Webflow premium account plan or add Hosting to a site, we ask you to provide a payment method to complete the purchase. This card will be stored and used for all your future payments on that individual account. You can access all your billing information including the card on file on the account settings → billing page.

Need to know
Team billing is separate than your individual account billing. To access your team billing settings, see the team billing section bellow.
Any Webflow account plan is auto-renewed at the end of each billing cycle (month or year). So, when you subscribe to any plan, you automatically activate a recurring payment for the plan. To ensure that your account plan doesn’t auto-renew at the end of the billing period, cancel your subscription before the end of the billing cycle.
Must know
You can only cancel auto renewal of Account plans. Canceling a hosting plan, will immediately cancel the hosting and unpublish your site.
We do not provide refunds,  please refer to section 9 of our Terms of Service. If you have questions about this policy, feel contact us.
If you wish to deactivate or delete your Webflow account, please contact Support.
